  • Acted as a liaison between reporters, lawyers, election officials and voters facing problems with early voting nationally.

  • Assisted local reporters and editors in key regions with their Election Day coverage of the 2018 midterms.

  • Researched the origins, creation and expansion of the European Border and Coast Guard (Frontex).

  • Interviewed a diverse range of refugees and asylum seekers in Germany.

WNYC Data News Team / Assistant Producer

AUGUST 2016 - NOVEMBER 2016,  NEW YORK, NY

  • Investigated and explained New York’s judicial election process for online and on-air coverage.

  • Researched hundreds of judicial candidates running in the 2016 election, featured in WNYC’s annual voter guide.

  • Covered Uptown Manhattan and The Bronx for Electionland collaborative reporting project.
